Before, she always known as the Jersey girl who says, "Let's make a pizza." Now, Julia Molinari is attracting more followers and supporters in social media because of her other authentic Italian recipes.
"I've had a long day and I need a sweet treat. Affogato," she said. "We are gonna make our own whipped cream, 'cause that's how we do it around here."
The popular TikTok content creator recently went viral for her video sharing how she makes affogato, a simple combination of hot espresso and cold gelato, with her own little twist to it.
While the viral cooking and beauty sensation is known for her amazing, and oftentimes unique pizza recipes, the Jersey girl sometimes shares other Italian dishes and desserts with her 2.4 million followers. In a recent TikTok video, Molinari shares how she makes affogato, an Italian espresso delicacy.

She then showed how she makes her homemade whipped cream before making her espresso (not expresso, she reminded everyone).
After brewing a cup of espresso, Molinari got some vanilla bean gelato. She added the two scoops of gelato to her glass before adding her piping hot espresso.
"I'm gonna put a little whipped cream on mine 'cause I feel like it," she said. "This may be untraditional, but I really wanna put shaved chocolate on top. That looks so pretty. Sweet treat. Let's give it a taste."
She then explained that her sweet treat was only three steps.
"This is class, this is demure," she said. "This is, I'm wealthy and I want dessert."
Molinari's video quickly went viral with more than 1 million views and 1,200 comments.
