Livvy Dunne Is Cast In The "Baywatch" Reboot

Livvy Dunne
A few days ago, Fox officially announced that former LSU Tigers gymnast Livvy Dunne has been cast in their upcoming "Baywatch" reboot. This will be her professional scripted television debut role, confirmed as recurring.

She'll play Grace, described as "a highly enthusiastic junior lifeguard," joining a stacked ensemble that includes Stephen Amell, Shay Mitchell, Noah Beck, and Brooks Nader.

Back in January, Dunne told her followers she'd been reading scripts and going on auditions, saying, "I've been getting a lot of auditions. I've been playing someone that's not myself. It's different because I've always played Olivia Dunne."

So, it is safe to say her casting wasn't completely out of nowhere. Before Dunne joined, 29-year-old Brooks Nader was already signed as a series regular who would play Selene, the sharp-tongued captain of the Zuma Beach lifeguards.

The three-time Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover model had been working twice a day with a swim coach for three weeks and recently completed her first open ocean training session to prepare for the physical demands of the part.

They were seen filming the reboot on Tuesday in Los Angeles. Photos on social media show Dunne in a bright blue one-piece swimsuit with a white floral pattern, thin straps, and a high-cut leg. The suit also had a small cutout on the back.

Nader, meanwhile, sported an all-black outfit. Both were photographed running into the water and diving during filming. Dunne claimed the juicy moment from the ifeguard training was filled with "all smiles."

However, their beach look drew massive attention online with one penning, "I'm in love..."

Another one added, "I'm definitely watching this movie.”
