Upcoming tennis star Taylor Fritz will have a lot of people rooting for him at the U.S. Open this year - including his longtime girlfriend, Morgan Riddle.
Riddle, a popular 28-year-old influencer with 468,000 followers on Instagram, is often spotted at her boyfriend's matches. They met on the celebrity dating app Raya in early 2020 and have been together ever since. During that time, Riddle has used her appearance at tennis tournaments to grow her following on social media.
Heading into the 2025 U.S. Open, Riddle had a "warning" for male sports fans - she's excited to "trigger" them with her outfits, social media posts and more, all while watching her boyfriend out on the court.
"Warming up to drink 72 honey deuces, overdress for matches, wait in 45 minute lines for food, trigger male sports fans, and be victimized by NYC humidity," she wrote as an on-screen caption for her TikTok video heading into the U.S. Open.
The video has more than 150,000 views in three days.
Riddle has used social media a lot since dating Fritz. She had a corporate job when they first started dating, but as she grew on social media, she eventually left that gig in 2022, to pursue content producing full-time. Riddle also launched YouTube channel in 2023 and appeared prominently in the Netflix series Break Point that followed the tennis tour.
The tennis influencer has taken heat for comments in the past, especially in 2024, when she taunted Alexander Zverev after Fritz beat him in the quarterfinals of Wimbledon that year. Zverev had been accused of domestic abuse by his ex-girlfriend, Olga Sharypova, in 2020. There was an investigation into the allegations, but no sanctions were given due to a lack of evidence. New allegations were made in 2023 and he was ordered to pay a fine.
Riddle called for her female fans to "cheer loud ladies" after Fritz beat Zverev at Wimbledon in 2024. She also added: "when ur man wins 4 the girls."
While Riddle says that the posts weren't about Zverev's history, she ultimately took them down.
"Regarding my stories yesterday… I took them down as soon as I realized the misunderstanding and how blown out of proportion they had become by the media. They were not about anything that’s happened off the tennis court & there’s no bad blood between anyone. Super proud of [Taylor] for the match yesterday, thank you to the crowd for the support & looking forward to tomorrow," she said.
