Melania Trump might have been born in Slovenia, but through her fashion she’s proved to be a true New Yorker. Last 25 May at the Royal Castle of Laeken in Brussels during a spouse and partner event, the first lady of the United States wore a black off-the-shoulder lace dress.
The Dolce & Gabbana number, the fourth from the Italian brand she’s worn throughout her international trip alongside her husband and various members of his administration, was custom made, with a sheer version having recently walked down the runway.
She paired the black dress with a pair of statement shoes from the Italian brand. The intricate strappy stilettos, which retail for US$ 1,985, feature a climbing rose design up the heel.
