Most parents usually feel a bit of pressure to come correct in the style department when they make an appearance at their child’s school.
Case in point: Hilary Duff, who took to Instagram a few days ago to show off the #OOTD she put together to drop her son off at school. "Hey moms! I came up with a semi cute outfit for school drop off! I usually roll in sweat pants or lulu lemons and look like a disaster but this morning I managed to throw something cute together and I thought would share," she wrote.
In the accompanying image, Duff stood in front of a mirror, donning a pair of denim short shorts, a tan sweater, sneakers, sunglasses, a crossbody bag and trench coat.
Of course, commenters lent their two cents on Duff’s look, with reactions ranging from supportive, "love the outfit!" to negative, "You call this cute?!?
