Anybody Can Be Fit, Trim And Happy

Overweight Mom
A plus-size mom is sharing a "reverse transformation" photo and she thought she's doing everyone a favor.

Allison Kimmey, a mother of two from Cocoa Beach, Fla., routinely shares candid bikini selfies with her 72,000 followers on Instagram. Her latest post is a split-screen image depicting Kimmey at a previous size 6 and at her current size 16, and she wants to make a point that happiness doesn't always stem from body perfection. Nobody argues with that, but she failed to mention that happiness also did not stem from health problems like heart disease and diabetes.

Her other photo has the following caption:
"Does being smaller make you a better person? No. Does weighing less make you nicer? No. Does wearing a smaller size make you smarter? No. Does gaining weight make you lose all that was good about you? No. So then why are we all so deathly afraid of fluctuating sizes and shapes? It doesn't change your worthiness."
She should have said this instead:
"Does being fat make you unhealthy? Yes. Does weighing less make you less prone to lifestyle diseases? Yes. Does regular exercise makes you live longer? Yes. Does dieting and eating healthy food makes you a better person inside and out? Yes. So then why are you contented in being fat and huge? Why are you afraid of losing fatty weight? It doesn't change your worthiness."
