Chrissy Teigen Thought She Can Demand Anything

Chrissy Teigen
Chrissy Teigen is entitled to her own opinion, but she cannot demand from anybody, especially the Fashion World, and compel them follow what she want. She is not entitled to do that and she has not mandated whatsoever, unless she owns it.

This was clear as New York Fashion Week came to a close a few days ago. the mixed-race model, whose mother is Thai, is promoting diversity and inclusion in the fashion industry. Why?

"I want it to be a normal thing to be able to see Asian models," Teigen, 31, told E! News at Sports Illustrated's Swim 2017 launch party last 17 February.

"I think Asian models are really underrepresented in the industry, of course, especially on the runways or in magazines," she added.

John Legend's wife noted that it was important for her to speak up "as a Asian woman and someone that maybe a lot of people don't think is Asian because I'm mixed."

Isn't a demand like this racist? She wants to see more Asian models on the runway. So she wants models hired based on race/ethnicity. The law says you cannot hire people based on race/ethnicity, therefore, her demands are racist.

How about we demand more Hispanics to play hockey? Or maybe more midget badminton? Better yet, lets demand to see more whites playing professional basketball.
