Men all over the world will probably whimper for a short while after Victoria's Secret finally confirmed that they will stop selling swimwear, clothing, and accessories. Womp womp. The company confirmed the news with Glamour a few days ago, releasing the following statement:
The bad news: We have to say goodbye to the bikinis (so many bikinis!), cover-ups, trousers, blouses, and other clothing, as well as shoes and accessories. What will spring-break style even look like next year?
But, there is a silver lining. The summer 2016 swimwear is majorly on sale on the brand's web site right now. Like, up to 60 percent off major.
"In order to better focus our resources on core merchandise categories, we have decided to eliminate non-core businesses, including swim, in our Victoria’s Secret lingerie business and shoes, accessories and apparel that were offered in our digital channel but not in stores."This means that Bras, lingerie, sleepwear, fragrance, and lots of other really good stuff will still be available in VS stores and online. Phew.
