The 19-year-old model made quite an entrance today at the premiere of "The Unknown Girl" (La Fille Inconnue) in Cannes, the sexiest gown we've seen yet—a red silk gown from Alexandre Vauthier Couture.
A slit dress (or skirt) just feels dressed up, so that might explain why anybody looking at it might opt out of the trend more often than not. You may not be heading to Cannes anytime soon, and to be brutally honest, there might be no occasion that calls for a potentially risqué outfit on the books.
However, with Bella and others making a strong case for the slit, it begs the question: Is there a place for slits in your normal, everyday wardrobe?
