Congratulations are in order for Chontel Duncan, the fitness model from Australia who was doing kickass workouts throughout her pregnancy, and her husband Sam.
Duncan just gave birth to a baby boy named Jeremiah Thomas. Little Jeremiah (who's already been nicknamed "Miah") was born weighing 7 pounds, 13 ounces, and measuring 20.8 inches.
Duncan shared a birth announcement the next day on her Facebook page.
"Healthy happy baby boy, absolutely nothing medically wrong with bubba, he is extremely alert and very strong shocking the staff here with his arms and neck strength," Duncan shared with her followers. "Absolute champion on the boob and feeding very regularly no problem. My recovery is smooth also with no complications."
