Rumors Hint At Nintendo NX Details

Nintendo NX
Japanese game-maker company Nintendo has been very secretive about its upcoming Nintendo NX platform. As a result, it seems new rumors pop up about the NX almost every week.

The latest batch of rumors provide some interesting information about the console, including details on its operating system and yet another take on its supposed power level. It's important to remember that, like all NX rumors, these should be taken with a grain of salt, even though the source of the rumors has reportedly provided accurate details about a number of gaming releases in the past.

According to Dual Pixels' source, the Nintendo NX will feature a wireless HDMI dongle based on an updated version of the streaming technology used in the Wii U Gamepad. The analog controls will supposedly have motors in them for full haptic feedback, allowing it to move the control to simulate impacts with objects, jerking from firing a gun and similar reactions.

Bluetooth connectivity will also be high, with the source saying it can "literally Bluetooth synch with everything" and will feature the ability to notify you of missed calls and texts while synced with smartphones. Social features will also play an important part, with the source saying that players should look at Pokémon GO as an example of the level of social interaction Nintendo is shooting for with the new console.

As far as power goes, the source says that the Xbox One is the closest current analog to the NX platform’s power; this is in contrast to previous rumors that it would be more powerful than the PlayStation 4, though the console’s rumored power level seems to change with every other rumor.
